Graduate Assisitant Health Plan Continuation Payment (Primary Only)

Students who have lost eligibility for the Graduate Assistant Health Plan and are enrolled into the continuation of coverage option will have to submit their monthly premiums directly to our office. This option is for primary members only that do not have any dependents enrolled.
